Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 lbs ground lamb
- 1/3 cup wine
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 chill overnight.
- 3 stuff into casings tying off at 5 inches.
- 4 hang for 1 to 2 days in cool place (45°f).
