Ingredients

- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch fresh ground pepper
- 1 handful fresh rosemary
- 1 handful fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch smoked paprika
- 2 handfuls basil leaves
- 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients (lemon juice) together.
- 2 marinade lamb cutlet for 1 hour upwards.
- 3 grill.
